Making an impact
In 2017, the TGR Learning Lab opened a satellite location on-site during the Quicken Loans National.
Open to the public, the TGR Learning Lab showcased the STEM education of the Tiger Woods Foundation.
Different stations focused on the four elements of STEM: science, engineering, technology and math.
The TGR Learning Lab at the Quicken Loans National was free for all fans at the tournament.

TGR Live and the Quicken Loans National have been leaders in military appreciation efforts. Since the inaugural National in 2007, no tournament on the PGA TOUR has done more to honor the military than the Quicken Loans National. Between the Lockheed Martin Military Pavilion, the Heroes Tribute Wall, Shot for Heroes and special Heroes of the Day guests, the Quicken Loans National provides endless opportunities to honor those who have served and their families.
Complimentary military tickets
As a thank you to the men and women of our armed forces, the Quicken Loans National is proud to offer complementary tickets for all active, reserve, retired and National Guard members.
Lockheed Martin Military Pavilion
Complementary military tickets provide access to the grounds at Congressional Country Club and access to the Military Pavilion.
Military flagstick holders
To further recognize our armed forces, an American flag pin flag will be featured on the green in front of the Lockheed Martin Military Pavilion. The pin flag is attended by a member of the military.
Eighteen members of the military representing the Army, Marine Corps, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard and National Guard will serve as starters on the No. 1 and No. 10 tees during tournament week.
During the Quicken Loans National Official Pro-Am, enlisted military personnel from Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C., will wear special camouflaged bibs and serve as caddies for PGA TOUR pros on one hole during their round.
Military Heroes Wall
The Military Heroes Wall is a cornerstone attraction at the Quicken Loans National. Donning flags and seals from each branch of the military, the Military Heroes Wall offers fans the opportunity to write their own message of thanks and appreciation to the men and women who are currently serving our country.
Camo lanyard program
The camouflage lanyard programs provides all active duty and retired military members with an exclusive camouflage lanyard to wear during the tournament. This special lanyard will grant access to unique experiences throughout the tournament including dedicated concession lines at select locations and discounts on Quicken Loans National merchandise.
My National Day
Quicken Loans National has been a leader in the community with respect military appreciation, offering numerous programs and activities which support military members and their families. The My National Day series features first-person accounts about how the Quicken Loans National and it’s military support plays a role in their life.
